For Models & Artists: Headshots/Portfolio/Comps For photoshoots for Models and Actors we always strive to give the best product. Therefore we customize each shoot. Introduction: There are always questions, so let's discuss your shoot. For starts, you can call and introduce yourself. Or even better, an email with the following info and we can go from there: Reference photos, links to your site (if you have), what the photos will be used for, and what style you're interested in. To book your shoot and ask for availability or ask for information, please send us an email at "info@hakimata.com" or call us at (347) 886-1643. Appointments are best scheduled several weeks in advance. Photoshoots are mostly done in the weekends, with booking times starting as early as 10 am. * Save $50 by referring a friend * * 10% discount if you sign a model release * :: A non-refundable 25% deposit is required upon booking to lock in your scheduled photoshoot :: -- This will be deducted from your end total -- CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING. The date selected is final, to reschedule a new deposit needs to be made. Terms of Service & Rights: Payments: - Payment of studio time must be PAID IN FULL on the day of your shoot, or prior. - Additional retouching and post-production must be paid upon invoice. - Payment to Stylists is on their terms, and usually on the day of shoot. Usage Rights: PORTFOLIOS / COMPS: Paul Hakimata retains full reproduction rights to images. COMMERCIAL: Paul Hakimata retains rights as specified by the client/photographer agreement. COMMISSION SHOOTS: All terms must be agreed upon booking your shoot. Photo credits (Required whenever possible): PRINT/EVENT/WEB: "Photo: Paul Hakimata" or "Hakimata Photography | www.hakimata.com". Talent & Stylists: All staffing is the client's responsibility. Upon request, we can supply or recommend talent & stylists to meet a client's needs: (assistants, models, wardrobe stylist, or hair stylists). Paul Hakimata does not employ, nor is responsible for the performance of any individuals. Clients are welcomed to use their own talent or stylists for the shoot.
